Export and back up your Apple Health data

VitaSync Backup helps users export selected Apple Health, workout, and sleep data to local files or to their own Google Drive account.

The app creates personal health export files in JSON, CSV, Markdown, and combined formats. Users choose which Apple Health data types to authorize, where export files are saved, and whether to connect Google Drive for cloud backup.

VitaSync Backup does not operate its own server for storing health export files. Files are generated on the user's device and uploaded only to the cloud account or destination selected by the user.
