These Terms of Use govern your use of VitaSync Backup. By using VitaSync Backup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of the app

VitaSync Backup is designed to help users export authorized Apple Health data and save export files locally or upload them to the user's own Google Drive account. VitaSync Backup is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing which health data types to authorize, where exported files are saved or uploaded, and how you manage files in your cloud account. You should review exported data before relying on it for personal records or sharing it with others.

Pro subscription

VitaSync Backup may offer a Pro subscription with advanced export features. Pro is available as a monthly subscription for $3.99 per month or a yearly subscription for $29.99 per year. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store region.

7-day free trial and renewal

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the selected Pro subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store.

Managing or canceling subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting VitaSync Backup does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Health and fitness disclaimer

VitaSync Backup displays and exports data from Apple Health and related sources. The app may contain delays, missing data, sync failures, formatting issues, or data gaps depending on device permissions, Apple Health availability, cloud authorization, and network conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse VitaSync Backup, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.

Limitation of liability

VitaSync Backup is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of VitaSync Backup after an update means you accept the updated terms.
